Republic of Rome (Valley Games and Avalon Hill) on Tabletop Simulator

A group for organizing games of Republic of Rome[boardgamegeek.com], the award winning board game originally published by Avalon Hill in 1990.

The game is suitable for 1-6 players, although 4-6 is best because 1-2 players use a special solitaire ruleset, and 3 players just isn't that fun.

All are welcome to join, and current members would be more than happy to help explain the rules to anyone who may not be familiar with the game.

Afternoon/Evening Game for Americans

Hi all,

As we're entering the fall, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in playing some games on Sunday or Saturday afternoons. We could start this upcoming weekend or the next if people are interested.

Group Officers

Hi all,

Given the size that this group has reached, I think it's necessary to allow other individuals to post announcements and schedule play sessions. I personally am involved in two ongoing games, and I don't want everyone else in the group to not have an opportunity to play.

If you want to become a group officer and help schedule additional games, just let me know. There are no real requirements here, just ask to be promoted, and I'll promote you.

New to the game but I'm pretty good learning complicated games and a huge fan of Rome. Would love to get a match going sometime soon to learn if would be available.
