The current state of ROG is good right now we are more active then before. But we need discipline in ROG events not random chaos. So please listen to us and be more disciplined. To moderators,

I am giving you 1 week to make progress in ROG or I will demote you. There are no longer roles for moderators. All of you have 1 goal in mind to make progress in this group. No longer there is 1 specific for competitive all of you are. There is not 1 guy for discord all of you are. And for those who I have replace simply we need to be more active. And if there is a problem tell me. I'll deal with it myself and DO NOT MAKE IT PUBLIC IT IS INTERNAL FIGHTINGS. And if youre going to make announcements do it at 4:30-5:30pm. And for those making events do it every 2 days. Make events to days apart and it will only be announced at 6:30-7:30pm. Events now will be more specific rather than the random chaos. It will be chosen by me what kind of event it will be.

Hello ROG members,

For the pass few days it seems like ROG was great. But and other problems have risen. For this I will reform ROG yet again. No more democracy it is now a oligarchy. I will now be controlling it from now on. Because giving freedom to moderators and officials was not the solution to meet ROG's demands but I was not a leader you all must have expected. Giving freedom made this confussion in the group which I need to fix.

First, Why am I leader. The answer is Apex the former leader gave leadership to me after I asked if ROG was dead or dying. I began fixing ROG the way some have not wanted. And I see now what I need to do. We need more discipline and timing in the group no more random announcements. We will start to announce stuff in 4:30 to 5:30 unless it is a emergency which is now the announcing period so expect lots of announcements. The events will now be every 2 days from now on starting saturday. So we can have more time to work on ROG. I will also remove elections and votings, Not to make myself the indefinite leader of ROG but to keep chaos from happening.

About the recent fightings about ROG we will not make it public anymore unless we need all of your help. It is internal fighting we will not make it public. To those officers and moderators who make it public. We will remove you from position I will also be replacing all moderators for better ones.

About UGC and future plans. No they will not be cancelled they will just need to be put in the qeue for projects as we are working ROG's stability here. And please always read the announcements and attend events.
