Well, most (not all) of the people in this group complained that this group was too HoC regulated and bias...so the HoC members disaffilliated with posting their private matches in here for everyone else to take participation, but NO ONE hasn't even posted anything besides your 1 comment below. No one has even tried getting others to help level up or obtain achievements. So for the whinos in this group that bashed us so much on the forums in the past, please remove your pessimistic views and negative aspects in life somewhere else and delete yourself voluntarily from this group. I'm seriously sick of you whiny ass ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that complain and then dont do ♥♥♥♥.

Thanks everyone for the great games tonight in Conquest and private matches. If it wasn't for steam maintenance making most of us stay offline, it would have probably lasted all night lol. I'm hoping to see everyone next tuesday too :)

When the host that everyone is connected to quits or loses connection, typically the game is dropped and everyone is forced out. Host migration is a feature that allows the game to continue, reconnecting the players to a new host player. The host migration in Fall of Cybertron however is completely faulty. It just doesn't work. It makes you sit for long periods of time only to be booted from the game, or thrown into a game by yourself with maybe one or two players from the previous match.

Just out of curiosity, what is host migration?

I'm definitely down for some "tutoring." I'm still aquiring my "gear," though. I bought the Xbox controller just for ease of use (my kid uses it), but when I'm on, I use the mouse/keyboard. Still trying to get used to it, and I won't lie, I will grab the Xbox controller out of frustration. I don't have a headset yet, though working on getting one soon. And my gear is still non-gaming, low-end Logitech stuff, but haven't yet had a problem with ghosting (I believe that's what it's called?).

I'm in the process of getting G700 mouse & G105 kb. I had no idea how fun this was going to be, and am making an attempt to build my skillz with the hopes of performing well in the more popular FPS games such as MWF or CoD, etc.

Hey all. Thanks for accepting me into the group. I'm down to play with whoever wants to, though I have to warn you, I'm not very good. My time zone may not permit me to play when weekend matches are set up, but shoot me a friend request and I'm down for whatever. Just looking to learn how to play better so I can build confidence into better, FPS types of games. New to this gaming thing, although I'm LOL old fart. Just FYI, if you end up in a game with me and I'm playing like a 6 yr old, it may be my son on my account. Then again, you probably won't be able to tell the difference anyway ;)

Yeah, I don't play on the weekends much because of work but I am still adding people that we play with in the private matches. I think I added 3 more people last week in 1 day of gaming.

I still set up private matches over the weekends. We also add more people whom we are certain are not hackers/antihackers so existing members can add them as friends and set up their own private matches. If there is anyone on your friends list not already a part of the group (who plays FoC), you can name them for me. I'm always looking to talk to people and spread the hack-free goodness.
