Moderators and other important things

Good day/night members of PotDF!

This is an important announcement dealing with mod positions and other things. First off, moderators. There will be a limit of 20 moderators total. All others must apply to become a moderator. If some moderators go inactive, they will be removed from their position until further notice.

Moving on, other things. Officers have no worries, as their positions are permanent unless they screw up something. Officers basically have 3 warnings. 1st warning is just notifying them to not do it. 2nd warning is another notification. Lastly the 3rd warning they will be demoted to moderator, or if they screwed up REALLY bad, they will be demoted all the way down to member and will have no chance at becoming an officer again. I will then choose a moderator to become an officer.
