Hi all!

We've made Important Decisions about this year's meetup.

The meetup will run from Fri 2 Sep to Tue 6 Sep. You don't need to stay for the whole event - we'd rather have you join us for one day than none at all.

If you intend to come you must tell us by Sat 30 Apr. If you're late, you can still join in but there's no guarantees when it comes to accomodation.

Once numbers are confirmed, we will research venue and provide details for bookings. The plan is to find a venue by end of May and have bookings done by end of June.

Some select people will get this announcement as in-game mail but otherwise, please could you get the word out to the rest of the guild. As the website is under construction, please comment here to say if you'll be coming.
