NHK〈日本Hellish Quart協会）非主流派は、オンライン対戦こそ可能なもののロビー機能やマッチング機能のないHellish Quartにおいて、プレイヤー同士のハブとして機能できたらいいなぁ、とぼんやり夢想している（悪い意味で）夢見がちなおじさんたちの組織です。

NHK <Nippon Hellish Quart Kyokai) Fringe group is an organization of (badly) dreamy old men who want to function as a hub between players in Hellish Quart, which can play online but does not have a lobby function or matching function.
