[NGN] Goldeneye 007

"The Goldeneye Mod" is a compilation of files, plugins and models perfectly pieced together to resemble one of the best, classical Nintendo 64 games known as
"Goldeneye", based off the movie in the James Bond trilogy.

Counter-Strike 1.6 and Goldeneye are both considered as two of the best First-Person Shooters of all time, so having both fused together can be put simply as - THE BEST!




History of the Goldeneye mod:


The mod was created back in 2005 by "dballs", who then constructed a forum and the clan known as "007//". Having no previous experience in scripting or creating mods/plugins, dballs was lucky to cross paths with "PatrioticAnarchist", who was just 14 years old at the time. Together, they strived to better the mod, and share it with the world.


Unfortunately, dballs had to move on from his most loved game and great creation, leaving PatrioticAnarchist as his successor. Leading the 007// clan, Patriotic and his team, after many failures, kept their heads up and in the end helped re-create the mod into what it is today - nothing short of perfect. Unfortunately, the 007// clan retired in 2009, leaving behind a great story of friendships and the history of creating the mod.


PatrioticAnarchist is now known as DelusionalSyko.


[NGN] fitzy was fortunate enough to come across one of DelusionalSyko's 20,000 view YouTube videos of his Goldeneye Mod, and Nuskope Gaming Network [NGN] considered themselves very lucky as DelusionalSyko passed down its history onto them, making [NGN] privileged enough to be the only other community in the world to have this excellent CS 1.6 mod.


[NGN] Deeshay spent many days perfecting the mod just that little more, adding greater detail, more plugins & his special touch to its history.


[NGN] will be the first to introduce the mod to Counter-Strike 1.6 in Australia, keeping it alive and not at all forgetting its past and those involved.
