a quick guide on playing online in Monster Hunter

1. Do not join lobbies and immediately post your own quest
2. Do not join a room as HH, prowler or GL.
3. Do bring 3 lifepowders, 2 dusts of life, 1 shock trap and 1 pitfall trap.
4. Do not edit your automessages, DO NOT change it from the default.
5. Do not edit your quick chats, it's not funny no matter what you write there.
6. If you are playing the game in a non-english language, take your time to translate every single autochat and quick chat to English.
7. Do not play as a female character.
8. Do not gather or mine during a quest unless the quest is complete or is a gathering quest.
9. Do not stay near any other hunter during a quest.
10. Do not eat for explorer, supplier or other useless ♥♥♥♥. Do eat for insurance.
11. Do not bring suboptimal weapons of a weapon class, i.e. not the top meta TA weapon.
12. Do not dye your armor or change pigment.
13. Do not have skills that are not DPS boosting skills. DPS boosting skills include earplugs/windres/tremor res.
14. Do not use gestures in the middle of the quest, it's not funny.
15. Do not use gestures before the start or after the end of a quest.
16. Do not use chat stickers or emoticons, ever.
17. Do not get less than 3 KOs as a Hammer user.
18. Do not use the dragonator unless you are directed to.
19. Do not hit the best hitzone of the monster unless nobody else is hitting it.
20. Do give your felllow hunters items, even if not asked to.
21. Do not use the ping button, ever.
22. Do not take supplies unless nobody else has taken them.
23. Do not have transmogged armor or layered armor on.
24. Do not play as a male character.
25. Do not use mantles, boosters, damaging slinger ammo, heroics skill, fortify skill or wall jumps.
26. Do not use envormental gimmicks such as falling rocks of stalactites.
27. You are only allowed to "accidentally" hit a vigorwasp once.
28. Do not use the same move more than 1 time in a row.
29. Do not mount the monster, ever.
30. Do disable voice chat. Option can be found in the options menu>audio>Voice Chat (On/Off)
31. Do not bring the same weapon as 1 or more hunters.
32. Do not have a palico above level 1.
