There's a new version supporting the new music features.

Some of the images have until now been drawn by using insanely wide images. Not sure why, as I only took over the development of the skin. Maybe Steam did not support tiling back then.

Anyway, these images have now been changed to be drawn tiled instead, causing a weight reduction of the skin by 72.5%. This should reduce the required memory and possibly improve the performance.

Please tell me if you notice any issues.

I've fixed a couple of chat dialog issues.
The biggest would be the missing emoticon button and the messed up voicechat bar in group chats.
