it seems the points reloaded COOP EU server is bugged, there is no respawn everyone stays dead :(

I've heard a lot of good stories about MG, I'm excited to see what kind of servers and events is playing on here.

We had a South America server for a short time but sadly it didn't get much play time. It was also rather expensive to keep a hold of with suitable anti-DDOS.

Consider adding a South America server?

Wow, I'd never have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ guessed. That + seeing fake charger and hunter animations from addon conflicts should be *pinned* somewhere. Thanks a lot.

If you can't chat, try changing your spray. People have had issues like you've mentioned in the past and for reasons unknown it appears linked to people's spray. My best guess is it's too large but I don't know for certain.

Update: The EU server still has the same issues. After 3 seconds, the lag settles in and the chat doesn't work and you cannot even use the saferoom door to get out and start the game. I presume you already restarted it once, but it almost feels like there's something worse going on.

Someone joined the game who was lvl 51, I noticed they could open the door and interact with stuff while I couldn't. Maybe it's something wonky with my stuff? I recorded a small file of my experience in the case you're interested.

Update 2: I can confirm something is very messed up. My teammates can chat and do everything fine, but on my end, after the first 5 seconds pass after joining, the game removes my ability to chat, do voice commands and open doors. I cannot spectate, rejoin from AFK mode. I'm from several years past and I hope it's not my stats or perks that has caused anything.

Thanks for the swift reply! I'll give it a peek sometime. I'm not against a single EU server but if it was the only one that wouldn't work, I wouldn't try PR again - given how severe lag affects gameplay in L4D2.

Server just needed a restart, it tends to happen if the server is left idle for too long, the game just has a meltdown and basic functionality fails. It's set up to auto-restart if it's idle too long but I guess it didn't trigger in time.

Decided to peek into the (only) EU server and noticed it had neither players or functionality; the chat doesn't work and the lag (despite 60 ping) was nearly as bad as the ASIA one. Shame to see this, I was a very active player around 2017.

Is there any workshop "pack" that have all the custom maps for the custom server?

32 players isn't possible simply as it would leave no room for Special Infected or Tanks. L4D2 has a hard limit of 32 clients, where each survivor, Special Infected and Tank count as a client. Even with 24, the balance gets somewhat broken, as there are so few Specials and Tanks become really easy to overcome with the greatly increased survivor count.

Can't they just expand the servers? For example, from 16 players max, expand it to 32 players? I find it hard to get into the room and play. Most of us play for hours, it would be impossible to play if its only 16 players max. It would be great if all the servers can expand their maximum limit to 32 players instead of some 16 and some 24 only.

I agree with kaxology and sometimes i cannot event see the server for coop asia at all i do not even know why but i can see the vs asia one though

Guys, can you open another coop points reloaded server? it's constantly crowded,laggy and hectic in one server I just get incredibly fatigued. One coop server is almost always full at any time of the day so I think another server would be great.
