The original Killer Rule book made by Commissar Midnight Man on 13/12/2021

Rule #1 : Killer can camp if the survivors do the butt dance or he does click click a lot

Rule #2 : Killer can always camp if is playing as Bubba or doing basement Trapper

Rule #3 : Killer can always tunneler if is getting gen rush (no exceptions)

Rule #4 : In the begin of the match all the survivors must fail the skill check to alert the killer and stay still for 5 minutes (no exceptions)

Rule #5 : All survivors with perks are tryhard survivors so they can be camp or tunneler.

Rule #6 : Droping a pallet on the killer is considering exploiting the game so report the survivor (no exceptions)

Rule #7 : Running away from the killer is wrong so you will be report (no exceptions)

Rule #8 : Doing a gen is a toxic survivor behaviour so you will be camp and tunneler and you cant complain

Rule #9 : If the survivor unhook another survivor is considering being toxic and will be report and the killer can camp and tunneler him

Rule #10 : Healing another survivor is a toxic behaviour so you will be report for unfair gaming

Rule #11 : All the survivors that do totens is a toxic behaviour so the killer can camp them (no exceptions)

Rule #12 : Destroying NOED you will be ban from the game (no exceptions)

Rule #13 : If a survivor open a exit gate will be report for unfair gaming

Rule #14 : If a survivor complain that Killer are always Buff and strong they will be report for unfair gaming and toxic behaviour

Rule #15 : Playing as a survivor will always being report (no exceptions)

Rule #16 : Commissar Midnigth Man is one of the most fair killer and he can play as the way he wants to play (no exceptions)

Rule #17 : All killers can use any perk they want because killers dont have meta perks

Rule #18 : All survivors perks are meta even if the survivor dont bring any perks

Rule #19 :If a survivor DC he needs to unistall the game and give a +rep on the killer profile ( no exceptions)

Rule #20 : If a survivor sabotage a hook he will be ban (no exceptions)

Rule #21 : SWF is a toxic behaviour and meta (no exceptions)

Rule #22 : Walking is not allowed and the survivor is going to be ban

Rule #23 : Looping the killer forbidden (no exceptions)

Rule #24 : Commissar Midnight Man is the supreme Judge of the Killer Book ( no exceptions)

Rule #25 : The Survivor book is not allowed

Rule #26 : Boon totens are not allowed (no exceptions)

Rule #27 : Hex totens are allowed (no exceptions)

Rule #28 : Survivors can not bring any itens (no exceptions)

Rule #29 : Killer can use any add ons (no exceptions)
