You asked for it, I built it. The Player Exchange or "Salty Pig" is a pier that hosts a housing in the middle of a lake for players more interested in dominating the player market on Jericho Apocalypse PvP Server. This are will be a non PvP zone (very soon), providing an area for traders of all kinds to trade in peace. Of course, leaving the boundaries of the safe zone will flag you into PVP again, you'll be on your own from there.


Player Exchange Rules:

1.If you dig up my LCBS and destroy one, I will know who did it and you will get banned.

2. If you decide to trash the player exchange and try to break into another players store, you will get banned.

3. Player Exchange is not a storage unit for your extra gear, there will be no extra storage outside your vending machines.

4. More Rules to come, use common sense.






The Renting System

If you haven't heard me before, I had mentioned I was going to implement a renting system. Players will have the opportunity to rent out a basic store unit for a low cost. This small unit will provide the bare bones of what your store needs and will have very little room for customization. Higher up in the building, there will be much larger and units that offer more room for customization as well as premium benefits. Each week, players will have to pay the weekly upkeep cost for their store, failure to pay risks them losing the unit and having to bid against other players to get it back. There will be limited room, however if more people show interest and there isn't any room, I will make more units.

This gives the community of Jericho PvP more options to compete against each other, especially for those not used to the PvP scene quite yet.

Upfront Cost - 1,000 Dukes Coins
Weekly Rent per unit 1,500 Duke Coins


What are the Premium Benefits?

The first three floors will have basic store units that provide no benefits. As you move up in the building, bigger units will offer weekly benefits. After paying your weekly rent, depending on the unit, players will receive a special bundle. Consisting of items such as guns, armor, clothes, hard to find clothes, building material and even Misc Props for your own store or even base. The choice is yours to use these materials or resell them back to the community. The higher up you go, the more premium the items you can obtain, which you can use to sell back to the community.




How do I get started?

When you are ready to open a store, you will let me know when I am online. You will provide me with the upfront cost of the store unit, which would cover
the first weeks rent. I will temporarily ally you, provide you with an open sign, 1 vending machine and allow you to password your store. As well as time to place any material inside to customize the space you have. After that, we will unally, your store will be safe inside and you will no longer be able to customize your room until the next time we set up as time. Inside the store unit, will be a wall safe as well, that is where you will deposit your weekly rent, in the event I am not around to collect.

Where does all the duke coins go?

At the end of the month, the collected dukes from each weeks of rent, will be put into a prize pool. A contest will be held and the winner of the contest will win the prize pool of dukes. Keep in mind, the pize pool consists of the RENT money and not the money earned through your vending machines.


Help! I logged on and my store is destroyed, what do I do?

In the event your store somehow was damage and broken into, after a proper investigation, the player who did so will be banned from the server. Everyones first warning will be given within the rules, read them carefully. I will provide a small refund of some gear in the event that happens. But regardless, if a player were to destroy your vending machine, they would get nothing in return but a ban.




When I walk in, I notice Jericho has vending machines too. Will he be particpating in the Store Wars as well?

My vending machines there are to provide new players with a few helpful supplies as well as harder to get items. Generally my items may be way over priced or pricey in general. IF you're willing to spend the dukes, a player can save up Duke Coins to purchase for themselves or cycle the item into the community by selling it back for more or less.
