The speaker icon not showing up on your username from the player list is normal however, as long as your in-game HUD indicates a voice icon and activity when you try talking from the lower right of the screen you should be fine.

"Linking to leaked downloads on this website is strictly prohibited." How about pointing me in the direction of somewhere that can?
0.4.7.1:
- Moved webserver to port 80. Rejoice!
- Added support for SSL via port 443. Rejoice!
- Moved to x64 along with using .NET native (Hopefully will increase performance and load times)
- Fixed bugs involving settings not being saved correctly
- Skip button now forces action button to play game and will launch with all parameters
- Bug fixes
0.4.7:
- Voicechat has been added to the game each server has its own VoIP no configuration required. Press "Caps-Lock" to talk in game.
- To use text chat use ENTER and you'll talk in the server chat, console has been moved to tilde key (`/~)
- You'll have to move your config from, yaml to cfg because we are using that now.
- Server browser is launched using F11
- To host a game you need to open ports 11775 TCP, 11774 TCP, AND 9987 UDP
So your folder structure should be like:
\eldorado.exe
\mods\
\mods\medals\
If the launcher doesn't fully download the medals zip, after you download the update, make sure to close and relaunch the updater before you start the game. If it still says an update is available, click on the "Update Status" tab and look at what file it's trying to update.
If it's halo3.zip you can download it from:
https://mega.co.nz/#!7NckVQiS!W7828FJV9nVHnPQox_s5JRF_On6Vv1uY4M0s2Y-G7N8
Close the updater and copy that into the mods\medals\ folder you made earlier (replacing any other halo3.zip in there), then relaunch the updater and it should say you have the latest version.

Looking pretty polished!
