On rare occasions he's also called by the name of Sam, short for Samwise.

He's currently banned from using AK-47 and flashbangs in competative gaming.

AK-47 is due to lack of aiming, during a game of 29. February 2014
Flashbang is due to multiple great teamflashes during a match on the 31. April 2014. Which also won him the Valve teamflash of the year award.

Both Britney Spears and Cheryl Cole have clamed to have had coutus with Gingerpig. He's comment on this, "I did not have sexual relationship with those women." We have not been able to get any further comments, as he's quite embarrassed about beeing linked with these kind of women.
