I cannot play Splinter Cell Conviction DLC from time to time. When I cannot play DLC and go to Extra’s, the Game says that the Ubi-server is unavailable. Directly logging in with UbiConnect does not help. I have to log in via Conviction, but I can’t. I can see the logging in process, but I’m sure I need to fill in my password to be able to play the DLC, but the logging in goes – I take it – without the password. I can play the original Conviction Deniable Ops but not the DLC. This is verry, verry annoying!

When I tried to submit, the send button disappeared and a message popped up that due to Covid 19 Ubisoft could not respond to e-mails. So they let you explain your problem and ad files and when you're ready to submit they say: sorry, you can’t submit. You can only chat. Unfortunately the chat was also unavailable… What shit service!
