Adam Rains here. just got done with the hammer sprint triathlon, uhhh, just got done with the award ceremony yes i did get an award uhh not the award i wanted uhh but actually it's the same award as the guy in first got but i know deep down i wanted to get that first place. Now i was projected to get a minut- an hour and 15 minute finish my actual finish was an hour and 21 minutes and i am sorry i did not meet expectations here today. Winning time in my age group was an hour and 13 minutes yea i got beat by 7 minutes and i'm not happy about it, um ya know that’s a tough one to swallow right there. Got a lot of work to do. Come in here and take third place, i'm not happy about that not one bit.
