Caution: Steam Phishing Links

Just a heads up - if you recieve a message with a link from someone non-warranted, or not expected, DO NOT click it.

I haven't clicked on any of them, but a number of people on my friends list have fallen prey to these off and on over the years, including today, so figured I'd post a announcement here.

If you do click on the link and it downloads a file, DO NOT change passwords or enter any passwords until after you've removed the file and run scans (virus scan, malware scan, etc, even if it doesn't download anything.

If it didn't download a file, then you should be good as far as passwords go, although if you want to anyways you can change your passwords on a separate device just in case.

Whatever you do though, be sure to run the scans.

For those of whom play, have played, or even heard of the game Half-Life, the older, original one that is, you might have also heard that a mod was underway for it that would completely overhaul the graphics/display.

Big news for those of whom have been waiting for it since it's original release-story in '09:
