Poilitcal Reforms

The Canadian government will under go reforms. The emperor will still hold supreme power. The Jarls will stay have a say a say in the imperial court.

They are listed below

* All lower government officals are elcted by the people and may join a poilitcal party.

* The Military will given up to date weapons. The Navy will begin construction of Inuit class, Viking class, Imperial class, and Macdonal class ships

* Canada will be more involved in world affairs, e.g. help broker a treaty, lead military coalitions, and assist in capturing various war crimnals, and other various things

* Any enemy sympatiers will be sent into exile or be killed without trial.

* Canada will patrol the waters around the Americas this may include entering another nations waters but it is for their own good.

* Canada will setup military bases in other countries(allied and with their permission)

* All emeperors will face a vote of confidence two times at random.
