Echo ESL Team wants YOU!

Echo Company is starting up its Insurgency Scrim team, and we're looking for people who want to be part of a competitive team to help us out. We would like to extend our invitation outside of Echo company and to the rest of Ligs from Alpha to Mike company.

You MUST be an active member of- ligs-, and must have a microphone and mumble.

The teams are open to anyone in good standing with LIGS, and is interested in team based game play.

In addition to players that just want to play in matches as apart of the time, we are also looking for people willing and able to lead the teams and others to support our team. A team leader will be responsible for tactics, and helping bring ideas to the person in charge of the scrim team (Scrim Leader)

There will also be additional positions for players who want to help out, but don’t feel that they can commit to every match. This is called the support team. The support team's responsibilities will be being available occasionally for practices so the team will have players to play against in addition to evaluating practices and poking holes in the teams strategies, or assisting in other ways. Support team members are not required but are strongly urged to have a microphone.
