This group and community is centered around a Semi-Serious Roleplaying gamemode, Epic RP, hosted on our Garry's Mod server.

The script used, is a custom script derived from the variables of DarkRP (Sadly Enough). The map(s) provided are your standard ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ roleplay maps, City 45, and City 18. Others are used on occasion.

New EpicRP Server?!?!?!

Hello everyone,

It's been a long time. Disclaimed Studios is long gone, Disclaimer Studios is even LONGER gone. We've all moved on to different things, a lot of us went our separate ways.

Recently I was contacted by A Squid-ass Rat, who some of you might remember as Dr. Melon. He told me about an idea he had to reboot the Disclaimer Studios experience. After talking for quite some time, we agreed it would be an awesome idea.

The next day, Squid bought a 20 person Garrysmod server, and we began work to work on it. Melon also bought a FastDL server, so the content is more easily (and quickly) distributed. Right now, I'm the primary scripter and I've been working to edit the base DarkRP gamemode to suit our needs. I'm not advanced by any means with lua (literally started a week ago), but I'm a CompSci major with a background in C, C++, and Java, so it's not the most difficult thing in the world.

Anyway, this isn't about me, this is about the server! We have a ton of content on already, and are going to be constantly editing the script to make changes in order to make things better.

Some of the content includes:

Custom models (with many choices) for just about every job
Most models have extensive choices for bodygroups with a user friendly interface to customize your character on the fly (Check the c menu for bodygroupr)
Heavily modified M9K weapons to replace base DarkRP weapons (holstering system in progress)
WorkshopDL for everything that isn't on FastDL (things that may be updated will auto update)
FastDL for model packs and other large files (.bz2 format compresses file sizes up to ~75%)
3 Maps currently, including the beloved tb_city45, bangclaw, and a new version of downtown (default)
Custom classes including Black Market Dealer, Pianist (can buy a fully working piano you play with your keyboard), Ninja, and S.W.A.T.
Wiremod
PAC3 (May or may not be removed)
ULX
Tool gun (most tools available to all users)
And much more!

Alright, enough trying to sound like a salesman. I think you'll enjoy the server. Hop on, try it out, tell us what you think. There's still a long way to go, with quite a long to do list:

Add weapon holstering
Create a wiki
Create some forums
Create a Steam group
More that I can't remember right now
