Deluks Gaming now has it's very own ARK dedicated 24/7 server available to anyone in our community! (Map: The Center)

I have spent the last couple of weeks setting up and launching our very own dedicated ARK server right here in my studio. Because this is a local server we never have to worry about the integrity of a server service.

I know that a larger percentage of the Deluks Gaming group owns and plays ARK, so I am formally inviting anyone in the group to join us.

Because the ARK multiplayer community is often filled with strangers and, more often than not, less savory types, I wanted to put together a server with some unique and manageable PVP rules that may appeal to even the most PVE centric players.

Hard coded rules on our server are as follows:

1. PVP may only occur at night(game time). Specifically between the hours of 12:00AM and 6:00AM. This will allow all players to exist in harmony during the day without any worry AT ALL about being attacked by another player. Day times have been extended by 50% as well.

2. Your property may not be damaged or destroyed when you are not logged on. That's right, when you are not online all your structures are safe. Unlocked storage containers can be accessed by anyone anytime, but all you have to do, is keep them behind closed doors, and they are safe when you are not around. (Up to about 3 days max and a 900 second cool down)

3. Bear trap engrams, small and large will be unavailable. Reducing some of the cheap PVP "tricks".

4. Naturally, cheating will be prevented with Battle Eye and VAC

5. Structures may not be built in resource rich areas, allowing everyone a chance to harvest them during the day, or take chances at night.

The goal here is to create a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, whether you like PVP or not. I believe that with these rules we can have a highly rewarding ARK experience together without needless trolling.
