When Charitable Losers was first started, SteamGifts used different mechanics for how giveaway value worked, with region locked games and bundles not making value for users.

More recently, this stuff has been creeping in, along with tools like Real Value Sent and Received, but the group hasn't really done much to take these changes into account for joining. I've decided to finally do something about that, and will be doing a mass member boot soon.

Because of this, I request no users make giveaways extending past the 14th of February, 2016. I'll be booting all but the Admin users the day after, until the new rules are hashed out. At that point, I'll welcome the return of all users who will meet the chosen requirements.

This is ironic; when I first had enough CV to join the group I was denied because I had not given enough bundle games... now I will be kicked because I have given too many!

Ciao! (but I'm still hoping... maybe Delta can add an additional rule on minimum of NB games given?)

I said to Yirg once that "I bet that region restriction rules will really filter me out :P" [www.steamgifts.com]... I guess I'll totally right about that! I think this will keep coming often now and I may get kicked out from all groups that I'm in.

Well.. region lock taking over steamgifts, I had a feeling that this was coming. Didn't make the cut because I don't have region free games enough and my wealth don't allow me cover up 88% of bundled games.

Thank you guys for everything that you shared with this group (besides games) when I was in. This was the first group above average that I was in. Must say that I love this group. I specially thank everyone who won and gave the oportunity to let me won giveaways. See you all on steamgifts. Mostly on my whitelist I think. :)

Ouch, the ratio thing with bundled vs non-bundled hurts. It just punishes you for giving away the "wrong" games, even if you've given away 100 non-bundled games, you can't enter if you've given away 101 bundled ones.

mwhym, there has been a ratio requirement from the very beginning, but it wasn't extremely strict if that's what you mean. 2:1 sent:won ratio if I remember correctly and a minimum CV/level requirement as well.
