This is the official group for the game Call Of Duty Black Ops, which is a critically acclaimed first person shooter, which takes place in past and present war eras. This game will be released on November the 9th of 2010 and will break the scale for the best Call Of Duty title since the original Modern Warfare that was released in 2008.

Call of Duty Black Ops Lag Fix

To my understanding I have found a way to decrease the lag in game by taking out commands only utilized by the Xbox 360 and PS3, since this game was ported over from Xbox 360. Let me know how it works Enjoy ^_^.

*NOTE* you will have to change all of the key binds and class names since it will be listed as mine. Also when doing this go to your conifg, right click, go to properties then untick "READ ONLY" when you are done retick "READ ONLY" and your done. Do not go into a server wiht "READ ONLY" unticked or steam will alter your config settings.

Here are some console commands that will help lag.

/sv_fps 250 (Since the game comes stock at 20 frames caped raising the frame cap will increase smoothness in the game)

/cg_drawfps 1 (Displays a netgraph on the top right side of the screen)

/sv_maxrate 25000 (increasing the netcode rate will ensure smooth packet transfer)
