I did not cheat. You only said so because you are bad. Is it even possible to cheat in Civ V multiplayer? Idk. I had 10% more tech, because i used Scientists and science slots better than you. I also had order, which gave me the factories as science buildings. I didn't team anyone either. I attacked my neigbour for forward settling me and taking all my city spots. After some time someone else attacked him too, and i ended in another war over him. You are just a sore loser. You say you see this all the time. Maybe it is not everyone else that there is something wrong with, but you there is something wrong with. Think about that. And btw nice blocking and blaming everyone for your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
