Resident Evil 6, known in Japan as Biohazard 6 (バイオハザード6), is an upcoming dramatic horror video game developed and published by Capcom. It is scheduled for release on October 2, 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and at a 22 March 2013 for Microsoft Windows.

Story:

Not too much is known about the story as of now. The game takes place in 2013, some fourteen years after the US Government's destruction of Raccoon City, and takes place in various places around the world.
In United States - the President is about to "come clean" over the incident in Raccoon City in a seminar at Ivy University, Tall Oaks, when he himself mutates into a zombie. A man at the university guides Leon S. Kennedy and his partner, Helena Harper, through the campus in the search for his missing daughter, Liz. During the search he started coughing and begins to make suspicious complaints of skin irritation. They eventually find his daughter, only for her to turn into a zombie and eat her father in an elevator before turning on Leon. During the incident in the city, Leon is informed by Hunnigan that the city has been overrun, and that some 70,000 people are expected to have become infected.

In the Eastern European state of Edonia, Jake Muller, the son of eugenicist; virologist and bioterrorist Albert Wesker, flees from the authorities during a bioterrorist attack. During Jake's adventure, he partners up with Sherry Birkin, daughter of the deceased Dr. William Birkin - a research partner of Albert's. They are chased by a Nemesis-like creature called Ustanak.

Chris Redfield and the B.S.A.A., including member Piers Nivans, are in a war-torn China, around the coastal Chinese city of Lanshiang, some six months after the incident in Europe. At this time, his; Leon's and Jake's paths converge.

CAPCOM have money problems . At the bank they have only 150 million dollars . Of course, for one person , this amount is very impressive , but for a popular developer company as CAPCOM - not at all.

This is not surprising. After a bad financial year , when was released a lot of titles , famous and not so , the sales of which were very unsatisfactory.

Let's start with Resident Evil 6. Although this part of the sales themselves were not bad. It sold about 4.9 million copies, but this number doesn't CAPCOM satisfied . Initially they wanted to sell 7 million , but later the figure dropped to 6 million

New version of RE Revelations has sold about 900 thousand copies, but planned 1.3 million copies.

Restarted famous slasher Devil May Cry DMC not too pleased. It sold 1.15 million copies, instead of the planned 2 million

У CAPCOM проблемы с деньгами. В банке у них всего лишь 150 млн.долларов. Конечно, для одного человека эта сумма очень внушительная, но для такой популярной компании разработчиков как CAPCOM - совсем нет.

Такая цифра неудивительна. После неудачного финансового года, когда было выпущено много тайтлов, известных и не очень, продажи которых были очень неудовлетворительными.

Начнем с Resident Evil 6. Хотя сами продажи этой части были не плохими. Было продано около 4,9 млн. копий, но CAPCOM эта цифра не удовлетворила. Изначально они хотели продать 7 млн., но позже эта цифра уменьшилась до 6 млн.

Новая версия RE Revelations было продано около 900 тыс. копий, но планировали 1,3 млн. копий.

Перезапуск известного слешера Devil May Cry DMC тоже не порадовал. Было продано 1,15 млн. копий из запланированных 2 млн.

Новый Lost Planet 3, над которым работает сторонняя компания, продал пока около 150 тыс. копий из запланированных 1,3 млн.

Resident Evil 7 is in development?

According to a former employee motion capture studio House of Moves Resident Evil game 7 is in development.

In her profile on the website LinkedIn says that she is worked, "costume designer for the game Resident Evil 7".

Studio House of Moves is located in Los Angeles, California, working on Halo: Reach, God of War III and Call of Duty: Black Ops and many other games.

The girl said that her work on the RE7 lasted three months, from November 2012 to January 2013.

In the meantime, CAPCOM not announced Resident Evil 7 and didn't provide any information about the further future franchise.

Девушка говорит, что её работа над RE7 продолжалась 3 месяца, с Ноября 2012 по Январь 2013.

Пока же CAPCOM не анонсировали Resident Evil 7 и не предоставила никакой информации о дальнейшем будущем франшизы.
