BBW Code of Conduct Addendums

Seriously people, is it not blatantly obvious that shouting stupid shit over your mic is going to get you banned from the clan? Is it not clear as broad-fucking-daylight that voting for the same map at the beginning of every single match is going to irritate the majority of players? This behavior is by-and-large considered to be annoying and honestly just disruptive to gameplay. Some of us are adults with day jobs that choose to spend what little free time we have playing this absolute piece of shit game and sometimes we would just like to enjoy ourselves.

In saying this, I am proposing several addendums to the code of conduct, which you all have agreed to by taking membership in this organization.

Now I can certainly empathize with some slight deviation from societal norms every now and again (this is counter strike ffs) but keep your angst within reason, there will be no revolution here. Some examples of subject matter that will not be tolerated any further includes but is not limited to:

This should speak for itself. Screaming expletives and hate speech in relation to another players race or ethnicity will under no circumstances be tolerated. It’s not funny, and neither are you. Try learning some real comedy if you’re so desperate for attention as to resort to racism to get a rise out of someone. Low hanging fruit such as racial slurs are minimal effort attempts at drawing some form of attention and you’re fucking pathetic if you resort to using them.

Don’t tell a teammate to go fuck themselves if they ask for help. If you’re preoccupied with a conflict of your own, simply tell them that you’re indisposed at the moment. There isn’t any logical reason to not help your teammate, seriously. Why would you join a clan to begin with if you’re unwilling to cooperate as a team? There aren’t any “superheros” in BBW. We are a team that operates as a cohesive unit, and while there are players amongst our ranks that tend to “put the team on their backs,” this is not the goal of our organization.

Players agree to refrain from derogatory speech against the sex of another player. I get it, video games are a “dude thing,” well get the fuck over it. This isn’t even something that just applies to counter strike, this applies to the real world. Some of you could probably use a little practice having a genuine discourse with a member of the opposite sex so that you don’t behave like fucking incels out in the real world. Remember people, discourse = intercourse!

This is an issue that seems to becoming more and more prevalent as of late. At the beginning of a match, some players may find it necessary or favorable to change the map and choose to call a map vote. This is fine and dandy when utilized within reason, for the proper reasons. However, there are those of you who may decide to abuse this critical function to your own benefit. This will no longer be tolerated. Honestly if you need to play on office every match just to hold a positive K/D, you’re probably just bad at the game and shouldn’t be relying on a single map just to boost your self worth, sorry not sorry. However, this rule applies to all maps and all game modes (it just happens very frequently with office, hence the example).

Player of the week will now be granted at random and at the discretion of BBW administration. In the past POW was awarded as an incentive in various scenarios, this will no longer be the case. It has come to my attention that by incentivizing this special status, that we have simultaneously been indirectly incentivizing bad behavior.

Thank you for taking the time to look over these changes everyone. BBW has grown tremendously this past year, and obviously changes needed to be implemented to compensate for that. I understand that the tone of this announcement seems harsh and somewhat out of character, but sometimes papa has to put his foot down.
