Welcome to the BBG highlander group for captains to announce things

welcome all BBG group captains, and players to the new page for your captains to put any announcements, please do these ahead of times for things like scrims and things other teams need to know about. captains of teams will be made moderators so that they can make announcments, contact me if you want to schedule something in the group's event area.

this page was originally gonna be for captains only, but i decided to try to get whole teams in so we can announce to all of them.
