Here is a good guideline, when picking a stick you have to do some research too, if they're compatible with your system
But for example here
http://www.amazon.com/Blazblue-Fighting-Stick-Joystick-Playstation-3/dp/B00264GCJQ
this is the stick I used when I was a beginner and it helped with the learning curve.
Once you mastered a stick it is recommended to go for S quality or A+ quality sticks that are usually around 150-220 bucks
The CT stick I used is B+ quality and perfect for beginners and the best bang for the buck.
The CT stick usually goes for around 80 dollars nowdays.
But above all of this it seems like supply and demand is skewed for fightsticks and there's no supply to demand which makes quality stick harder to get or overpriced as fuck.
Well after searching for every single of them I know for sure that my country is fighting scene black hole and there's no way other than importing :|
So due to insane prices it only seems wise to buy top tier stick right away rather than paying 600-1000 bucks twice.
Suck for me that I don't have money atm and I doubt this offer will last 3 weeks http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00FC1UH82/ref=olp_tab_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used pretty damn blast offer.
Most sticks are unavailable atm or with insanely boosted prices excepting http://www.etokki.com/Omni-Sanwa-Edition no customs tax from South Korea as well so that gives clear ~260$, meh I could go broke for one month.
I will see how it goes in 3 weeks with sticks availability, maybe some xmass sales will hit as well.
Anyway thanks for help.
