What conclave does is it makes your council actually powerful. It makes it a bit more realitic and also makes children and growing up more rpg like.

If u want to play as a vassal like a count or a duke, then u might want it turned on. but if u plan on ruling then this dlc can become aids rather quick. your council will request the dumbest ♥♥♥♥ and make the most retarded decisions. they'll have a say in almost everything u do.

Pros:
If u wanna be a vassal dis is gud
if u wanna have more control of ur kids, dis is gud

Cons:
if u have an unhappy council this becomes aids pretty quickly
they vote on EVERYTHING you do
