Our first run out in a while is thursday against the Pirates. Expectations are, well as always do our best. We should try to focus on squad organisation and trench defense. Something that let us down way back in July.

So it looks like we have at least three games regardless of how things go. I certainly think we have a strong chance in game 1 and we'll at least make ourselves troublesome in the semi-final.

Since we are a rag tag bunch there are many of us that have yet to meet each other in the trenches while for others we have played most of our 500+ side by side. We're planning on getting together for a few matches this evening to get a bit used to playing together and find out what roles people prefer etc.
