TGFX or even other Mods vs Bug Hunt | Better read this before playing Co-op'
Greetings Folks,
All right, we (almost) all talked about modding issues in Bug Hunt, and for reasons.
So if you're willing to respect the Bug Hunt experience of the other players sharing a game with you, here is for once and for all what you need to know before entering a Bug Hunt Co-op' game which might be modded, even by one single player, and even if that player is not hosting the running or incoming Bug Hunt game.

The Mess
TemplarGFX's work and even other Mods are cool or even brilliant since 2013 for Campaign(s) but are cancer for Bug Hunt, especially in Co-op' conditions. First bad thing to know: even a non-hosting player using a Mod will almost systematically affect all the other players who don't use any Mod or using same Mod but another version and/or with other settings. Then, the results: broken animations, invisible doors, invisible W-Y troups, invisible turrets, badass crashes, desynchronizations, delay inputs, insane conflicts with the "E" key on doors due to the damned welder option, which means impossible to open and/or close doors, freeze situations on Marines wake-up (after hard knockdown), and more. In two words: game breaking. So free will, people do what they want, but Mods users (TGFX or any other) have to stay and play together in order to, maybe, be able to play Bug Hunt Co-op' in decent conditions.

Why?
TGFX and most of other modders made Mods for Gearbox Software's A:CM Campaign(s). TemplarGFX even managed to improve the Campaign(s) in a nice way, more than ever. Not talking about the artificial difficulty, but about lighting, shaders, and gameplay feeling. That being said, Bug Hunt brought by Demiurge Studios is a different game and, ultimately, already an official & sweet A:CM modification. Indeed, Bug Hunt got its own level design, mechanics, metagame, Aliens classes, and even unique PvE gameplay when you (sooner or later, or never -depends on people-) mind all the sweet Traits, Armors, Perks, unlocked Stuff & Movie Characters (not only skins, you know) available and just brilliant for that PvE mode. In other terms, yes, Bug Hunt is ultimately offering a different gameplay, different stats, and even another frame data. But of course, you'll need some time to unlock & get everything. And Traits, Armors, Perks, Movie Characters & Melee skills, are not available for the Campaign(s). Never. You can't (even choose a character). But designed for Bug Hunt & PvP only. Mind.

How to remove
If you wish play Bug Hunt in normal conditions especially with other people, and if you're willing to uninstall the Mods, uninstalling the game & installing it again rarely works and can't work at all for TemplarGFX's Overhaul. Willing to uninstall TGFX Mod, even for a little while in order to be able to play with everyone? Then here and there are the instructions coming from TemplarGFX himself.
Thanks for your attention.

Hi there mate,
About Aliens that "refused to die", I guess it was simply due to some high Threat Percentage (Aliens and W-Y Armor percentage and Cash Earnings percentage per kill, but Armor percentage above all), and it was probably normal, but "floating across screen", unless you're talking about the Aliens able to jump from a distance (see below, the last one on the right), no idea, never seen this.

About PvP, never tried with some Mods, but an important bunch of people affirmed they
systematically need to uninstall TPGX Mod as well for this. If they keep it, they apparently can't even move their Xeno' characters.
Cheers!
