This is a little late but I had to take some time to digest this news. I wanted to write more but it was extremely difficult for me to.

My original name was CTRL as seen here

I want this community to know that Kevlar was the most amazing person that I have been able to speak to. It's a time in my life that I would go back to if I could. I can say that I am a better person because of this community, more so because of Kevlar. I miss being on the server and hearing everyone's voices. I had so much fun back then...

RIP friend. I hope to meet you in the afterlife.

Been many years since I have talked to anyone from 3PG. But those were some awesome times. He was a good guy.

Learning of Kevlar's passing is extremely painful. There was a time in my life that I played with him more days that not. He was such a kind person - even to those he didn't know, and he was the curator of something truly special for those who were lucky enough to stumble across it. With all the unique gameplay modifications and tireless balance tweaking, there wasn't a TF2 server in existence on the level of 3PG. Kevlar poured his heart into making TF2 better, but more importantly, he cultivated a community of respect and kindness towards one another. It was in this rare, toxicity free environment that we could actually form friendships. I am tremendously thankful that I had the opportunity to experience that.

Kevlar was a good man, although we didn't always see eye to eye on how to run the community I always enjoyed chatting with him and gaming with him. Good solid dude. RIP.

Already miss him. :(
Without him 3-PG wouldn't exist.
