Thus it is truly the end of an era. Some of the best times I've ever had gaming was on the 2F2F servers. Being seized by the DOJ was a fitting end.

Pretty sure the DOJ thing is fake, just sayin'. Think of it as FM's way of saying "the community is over".

2F2F has been dead for some time. the only server that had any life was Mario Kart. The forums stopped accepting new members log ago. Then they stopped updating it and no one could attach. I haven't seen the server since mid December and couldn't connect since before then. I guess he got sick of paying for the server.

It's definitely a joke, the forums are still accessible. Unfortunately server crashes and an aging community, TF2 kind of shifting gears all the time... did a bit of damage to the ole 2F2F.

A real shame but it was great while it lasted.

I don't suppose anyone knows where I could find a downloadable version of the g/lol song "The most unwanted music ever - dear god make it stop" or whatever it was called? I want to make it my ringtone.

It's too bad, really... I still get the urge to play TF2 all the time, and nobody I know plays it now, so I'm not sure where to go. When I first came here I chose the server at random, and I hit the jackpot. I don't know if I can do that again.

Also Floor became a Brony, and his favorite pony is Rainbow Dash. Im not making this up. Nothing to do with the server, just that he likes ponies now.
