From now on I am starting weekly Agendas. This will keep the unit organise, give Officers and NCOs orders for what they need to do as well as inform everyone of upcoming events, what everyone needs to do, ect......

------Company HQ--------
Myself and 1st Lt Trang will be keeping everything organised as well as keeping all the Officers and NCO's active.

-------Platoon HQ--------
2nd Lt. T. McKay, you will need to make sure that everyone does their drills. You also need to keep track on who is active and who isnt, and make sure everyone in your platoon is reguarly on the pub server.

------1st Squad---------
Sgt. Engita, You will need to teach your squad about dealing with ambushes and suprise attacks. Fill in a Drill Report afterwards, remember to record who was at the drill, who wasnt and who had an LOA.

--------2nd Squad-------
As of right now, 2nd squad has no leader. Until this is resolved 2nd Squad is to report to Sgt. Engita. You will attend his drills until told otherwise.

--------Everybody--------
Guys, keep being active. If you know someone who isnt being active, incourage them to be. Remember, doing stuff like that helps the unit could earn you a promotion. Also, remember to recruit. We used to have applications come in everyday, but now they have stopped. keep recruiting, the more people we get the more positions that become available. We may also introduce Jobs positions if we get enough people in.


Good luck Officers and NCOs! I will keep an eye on our units progress as the week goes on and talk about our progress at our next drill. Remember everyone, you are a reflection on your squad leaders, your platoon leader, the XO and myself, and I dont like it when people make me look bad.

Everyone who hasnt put in an LOA is expected to be there!

Saturday at 9PM EST there will be squad drills. In the absence of our weekly Company Drills, the 2nd Lt and myself will be leading drills. Every abled person is expected to attend, if you are unable to attend please leave an LOA on the forums. Unless you have an LOA or have spoken to an Officer about drills due to timezones or something like that, you are expected to attend or you will receive a demerit.

Guys, we are becoming inactive. Recently, unit activity has dropped way below the expectations of all 1st MD members. I too have become inactive, with internet issues and other computer related issues. We used to have our pub server filled, and we used to get more members because of it. Drills have been slack. The number one way to keep a unit alive is by keeping active, but its all well and good for me to ask you to be active but this is something we must all do. We must all be active. So from now on myself and the MPs will be monitoring unit activity in the server and at drills. Demerits will be handed out for not being active without a valid reason. For anyone in a position that is required to lead squad drills or assist in them, do your squad drills on the day it is set, or we will find someone who will. If you are unable to go, get your Cpl to run them. There will be big changes soon gentlemen, by the end of next week i expect this unit to be back the way it was.
