There's no "Pending Ban" on your account

Pending Bans do not exist on Steam. They are a phishing scam to steal your account. Or in some cases (a minority a.t.m.) at least get you to trade your items away "to safety" to a befriended account in which case they switch your alt or friends account for one of their own.

They'll contact you via pm chat, via profile messages or via screenshot & artwork you posted. Most cases it's a "mistaken report" on your account. They'll first ask you to contact a real Steam moderator or Valve employee, knowing real Steam/Valve employees/volunteers won't have time to answer right away and don't accept invites. Then they'll ask you to contact that employee on Discord.

The Discord account of course is the impersonator.

• Why would they use Discord when Steam has their own chat?
  
• Why would they ask for account info when they can check that without your help anyway, at Steam, where they work?

Scams often contain such flaws. If you don't let anybody rush you, and you remain calm and cool, you'll most often realize there's something phishy and break their scam.
