The 13th MEF is a JTF comprised of British and American forces stationed on the island of Sahrani to repel rebel presence, restore order and halt Russian distribution of weapons and manpower to local rebel cells.

The primary objective of the 13th MEF is to operate from their airbase on the east coast of Sahrani and complete systematic operations to liberate the Island from rebel control.
