The board game that is being adapted is the same but the video game is not.

Like the sokoban situation it is what it is when it comes to games available on steam. A lot of those old ones are abandonware now but some of them can be played for free (and legally) on the internet archive (https://archive.org/details/internetarcade)

I always research every game in hopes of finding the most authentic version out there so I can get the full retro experience.


@Mike, I just leave the sports games till last :D At the pace I’m going through the list they should come up in about 5 years time. Probably just gonna instal them and play 15 mins max and then check em off the list :)

Ninja Gaiden black is a reimagining of ninja Gaide (2004) and Ninja Gaiden Sigma is an altered version of Ninja Gaiden Black.
And Ninja Gaiden II has NGS2 from the wiki: “A reimagined and heavily altered version, titled Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2”
