steam isn't going to unban you for cheating, just accept it, if you truly want to get rid of it you should just make a new account and NEVER cheat again or you'll just get banned there as well

You have a GAME ban, that's not the same as a vac ban. Read through the information you can find in your profile. They're not there for fun and it pretty much explains everything to you.
