today at around 10:36 i planned to trade away my 2 keys (tf2) for other items. i went to my phone to confirm it and then i get this message "please add authenticator" i was surprised to see that happen since i never moved my steam mobile guard to any phone any else. i did the process and got it working. i decided to go on my day and go on.

10 hours later. i decided to go back to see the authenticator and it was basically the same thing. "add authenticator". In response i tought i was hacked so i changed my password. And did the process again. (Remind you if i got hacked my tf2 inv would've been sold on the market.) And then i got a idea to exit out of the app and see if it gets removed. I checked and surely it did get removed!

maybe is something wrong with my steam authenticator or the app is broken for me. i cleared the cache in my settings and still the same problem.

How can i fix this problem?
