Just had my account compremised and a "Offical Valve Employee" Named Sharon gilbert just tried getting me transfer all my items and starting removing games from libary. Think i solved the issue but the strange thing was i couldn't delete or block the user as they were classed as an offical employee under steam

Steam support will NEVER ask you to transfer your stuff.
Also support ONLY uses the ticket system, if this person is contacting you via other means, they are trying to scam you.
Official Valve staff will have the word Valve next to their profile nickname in a greenish yellow color, it will not be in the description box.
