Just had my account compremised and a "Offical Valve Employee" Named Sharon gilbert just tried getting me transfer all my items and starting removing games from libary. Think i solved the issue but the strange thing was i couldn't delete or block the user as they were classed as an offical employee under steam

They aren't "classed as an offical employee under steam."

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever

Deauthorize all devices https://gtm.you1.cn/storesteam/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://gtm.you1.cn/storesteam/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://gtm.you1.cn/dev/apikey
