Hi, I can't add friends for some reason, everytime I try I get the following error: 'Your account does not meet the requirements to send friend invites'. What's the reason for that?

According to Steamdb, this bundle's cost was 4,99$ in that period. But you can always contact Support like SpeedFreak1972 suggested.

Just add 5 dollars to your Steam wallet, in case it needs to be 5 dollars exactly without stacked purchases, so you still have the 5 dollars later on.
