my steam slow to download

1- Check your internet connection
2- Change your download region in steam
3- Clear your download cache
4- Limit the bandwidth in steam
5- Idk about this but it can be happening sometime, try to pause and resume the download
6- Make sure no other programs are running
7- If your connection is bad try to use a wired connection
