(GMOD) Hammer Editor Broken

Started Source SDK, Then Hammer, and I get error 116. I validated the files, but I still get the error. I think it is the Steampipe Update. Anybody know how to fix it?

[TF2] when teleporting-crash

SDK wont compile any of my tf2 maps The command failed. Windows reported the error: "The system cannot find the path specified." SDK wont compile any of my tf2 maps, I always get the same error message.

Do you enjoy detailing but suck at map design?
