The official name of this sport is Football. The tournement is also named as showcased.
Americans do use the term Soccer sometimes, mainly because they call Gridiron, Football.
You are more than welcome to use the term Soccer here if you want however! this is a very inclusive thread and everybody is welcome, no matter where they are from,
In third place: England
In fourth place: Switzerland
Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer.

Nobody calls it that, it would be like if American´s called American Football for Gridiron Football.. Hence my former argument.
Today its just Football, Rugby and so forth. (Rugby is also football after all)
That is a really interesting prediction for sure, if we look at analytic predictions, there would be like a 0.2% chance for this outcome.. but we all know, that weird stuff happens during a big tournement and there is always atleast one team that suddenly surprise and do wonders
Yes, always weird stuff happens during a big tournemen :)
I consider that a good thing, its fun when the "underdog" wins.
Then again, its also fun when the best of the best clash.
It will be interesting to see if anyone think Scotland will surprise tomorrow.
