Will America step down?
Will they step down and let Russia and China rule the world now?

From what Trump has said, it seems the Americans are ready to step down now.

How about not letting anyone rule the world and letting nations govern themselves without foreign power intervention?

The only exception being humanitarian aid (food, medicine, etc.).

it doesnt sound actually a good idea, cause most quality things like software are still american, imagine if some tiktok thing was the entire os app, i think better way is let some really garbage things like media players and other trash be made in other countries. if we cant do anything in one country alone, and let important stuff like security parts and core os features be made in us.
