There are more than 200 different possible blue screen messages and you provided the least helpful portion from them. Learn to google correctly, because trying to help you here while you provide nothing is going to go in circles. Start here:

And if that's not enough, ask an adult to help you contact tech support for your PC and/or operating system
check windows logs, if it doesnt have time to make a log, then its most likely psu problem
