I recently opened a ticket because, every time I tried to open a diary from a "Coming Soon" game (Vampire Dynasty, the file is the Diaries to read on the lore), I had an unspecified error (no code, no nothing, just "Invalid Platform") - support couldn't help and, since the error had not way of "seeing" it, getting help on the Github would not work (they wouldn't be able to help with just that information).

What fixed the issue? Reinstalling the launcher. I use the System Package, so it's not an error that could be said occurs only in the Flatpak version. I don't know why it caused such an issue nor why it fixed itself with a reinstall, but it did.

If possible, please look at the way the client interacts with Linux distros to avoid future problems.
