Report a translation problem
1. Switch the Game to Windowed Mode
2. Repair Game Files: Right-click on the game, select properties, go to local files and click on 'Verify integrity of game files'. Steam will know check if your game is broken and it will try to fix it.
4. Install the Latest Version of DirectX
5. Force the game to start with DX12 or DX11. Switch your DX Version.
6. Run the game as administrator. Sometimes it's as easy as that.
7. Update your drivers if you can. Especially your GPU drivers.
I also would highly recommend to look in the games hub and post you problem there.
But if your game starts, you will most likely find it in the video/graphic settings if the game lets you change the version.
