Game uninstalling
Hi guys, if I buy a game via cd-keys, 100% complete it, then later decide to uninstall from pc to free up space will the achievements still remain on my steam account?

I am aware that games brought via steam can be uninstalled and achievements will stay, as long as it's saved to steam cloud, but just wondering if that's the same for games brought by cd-keys.

Works just as well if you redeemed the key on Steam and downloaded it from Steam.

Hiya, yeah brought from cd keys, then added it into the code section on steam. Just wanted to double check. Would hate to spend hours on a game only to lose all achievements for the sake of making space.

Achievements are server0side.

SO they go against your account much as your game purchases are there. So no whatever you do to your games on your PC they will not change.
